Terms & Warranty
Cabinet Wholesaler warrants to the original consumer purchaser only, that its cabinetry to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment (proof of purchase required).  Cabinet Wholesaler, at its discretion, may elect to repair or replace defected parts.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or lack of reasonable care and maintenance, or improper installation.  Some replace parts are subject to availability.  We reserve the right to update our products at will.  Therefore the replaced part(s) may differ or vary from those originally supplied.  Cabinet Wholesaler's warranty applies only to product used in single-family, non-rental, non-commercial residences.  In the event of a warranted product defect, please write Cabinet Wholesaler with a description of the defect, including pictures.
Due to the wholesale nature of our products, Cabinet Wholesaler does not accept traditional returns.  In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective, please contact Cabinet Wholesaler as soon as possible.  If there is visible damage to the packaging or there are missing pieces upon arrival, before you sign the bill of lading, ask the driver to write a note on the bill of lading stating the damage and/or missing product (Missing items may not be replaced free of charge if they are not noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.).  If damage is hidden at the time of delivery, it must be reported to Cabinet Wholesaler within 7 days (photos of damaged product are required).
Please do not schedule installation of your products until after the product has been received and inspected.  Installing a damaged or defective product may void a warranty or damage claim.
This warranty does not cover special, incidental, or consequential damages (such as labor expenses), whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise.  For customers living in those states which do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, consider this product to be without any warranty whatsoever.  We guarantee that we only sell high quality cabinets at the lowest possible price and our warranty is backed by our business ethics.
As a service to the consumers, Cabinet Wholesaler provides useful links on its web sites for informational purposes only.  Neither Cabinet Wholesaler, nor its web sites, employees, affiliates, agents, salesmen, representatives or any other persons shall be held liable for any damages that may arise from viewing, distributing, or copying of materials on its web sites, as well as the links to the other web sites.  We do try to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and complete, but sometimes mistakes occur and we therefore do not accept any liability which may arise as a result of any such errors or incomplete information.
Natural stone and wood are products of nature.  Color variations in granite and variations in wood grain are natural quality, which enhances their appeal and character and desirability.  These are normal and should be expected.  Cabinet Wholesaler will assume NO responsibility for these variations.  Material should be inspected prior to installation for any discrepancies.
Components of cabinetry can withstand only a limited amount of weight, for example drawers of the cabinets are capable of holding 15 lbs. per square foot, according to the kitchen cabinet manufacturer's association, therefore, any weight exceeding this amount will not be covered by this warranty.
Cabinet Wholesaler offers affordable, high quality cabinetry and countertops at the lowest possible price to contractors designers & consumers.  Cabinet Wholesaler is not in the installation business.  The installation is sole responsibility of the purchaser.  At times, we may refer an installer, or provide a link to some reputable contractors site, based on the good reputation & past customers satisfaction.  We make no money through referrals and we do not endorse anyone, therefore, we cannot be liable for any unsatisfactory installations.  You should do your own due diligence (investigation) before hiring an installer.
